Nicole Gasparri Bio:
Nicole is the Organizational Development Manager for the City of Boca Raton and has worked in municipal government for over 20 years.  As the Organizational Development Manager, Nicole is accountable for the efficiency, effectiveness and coordination off multiple City Teams.  Included are the LEAN process improvement team, Special Event teams, employee development teams, awards and recognition teams as well as being the Emergency Manager for the City of Boca Raton.

Nicole worked to develop, coordinate, and implement a cultural shift in the City of Boca Raton to a culture where “everyone is a leader;” training employees on the soft skills of Supervision and leadership at every level.    Nicole is a regular speaker at the Florida Government Finance Officers’ Conference, focusing her sessions on Effective Communication, Team Building, Leadership Development, and Employee Motivation. She has lead team building workshops for large and small organizations including Bank United, the office Depot Foundations the Palm Beach County Clerk of the Court, The Spirit of Giving and most recently the Rising Leader program through Non-profits First. Nicole is also an Adjunct Instructor for the John Scott Dailey Institute of Government where she teaches Effective Communication, Listening Skills, and Service with Principles.  Nicole has a passion for the training and development of individuals. 

Nicole has also been the lead facilitator for the Rising Leaders Program, at Non-Profits First, where she trains leaders in local non-profits to develop their skill into the future.  

Continuing her desire to allow everyone to find the leader within them, Nicole has also volunteered as a program leader for Landmark Education and, leading “Transformational Programs” specifically designed to assist people to “live the powerful lives that they love”.  And continues to motivate people through individual and team coaching.
