Monday Pre-Conference Session Only Registration
For those local government attendees that are registering for the Monday Pre-Conference session only, here are instructions on how to register.  Please note seating is limited!
1.You must first log-in to activate the "Register" button. Enter your username, then password.  If you don't have login credentials, please contact admin@flgisa.org.
2. Click the "Register (NAME)" button.
3. Under "Registration Options," choose the Pre-Conference session only button ($50).
4. You will then be prompted to answer a few questions.  Once that is complete, "Save Your Responses." 
5. Then click on "Proceed to Checkout" and enter credit card or click on Pay Later if sending check. If you need an invoice, please contact us.

CONFERENCE NOTES:

  • Full conference registration fee $275/members and $325/non-members. Registration fee after July 12 is $325/members and $375/non-members.
  • The Monday Pre-conference session only registration fee is $50 and seating is limited. If you register for the full conference, this session is included in the $275 registration rate.
  • Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted. If paying by check, please make payable to FLGISA Annual Conference, 125 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32801.
  • Cancellations must be received via email by July 12 to receive a refund.  Substitutions can be made at any time.  Refunds are processed post conference.
  • If you need to purchase guest tickets on a different credit card, please call us at 407-367-1737.

This two-hour workshop will cover the tools, techniques, and tips to convert or craft fully compliant PDF documents, which have unfortunately been the cause for much of the litigation happening in Florida as of late.  You will learn from industry-leading ADA experts about the current legal landscape, guidance on creating an ADA policy, and how best to remediate your digital content using real-life example documents from some of Florida’s Local Government entities.  This workshop aims to help you be ready to make immediate positive changes to your public-facing PDF content upon your return!
