Online registration is now live and super easy! Sign up using Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX. Don't wait too long -- online registration closes on Friday, July 17, 2026! If you are unable to meet this registration deadline, please register onsite at the event.
Online Registration Options:
FLGISA Member Eligible Full Conference – $425
Perfect for current members (Agency, Associate, Honorary, Life, or Student) attending the full event, including the Monday pre-conference session.
How to Register:
1. Log in with your username and password. Need help? Email admin@flgisa.org.
2. Click the “Register (NAME)” button.
3. Under “Registration Options,” select FLGISA Member Eligible Attendee Registration ($425).
4. Answer a few quick questions, then Save Your Responses.
5. If you are not registering a guest, please click "Proceed to Checkout."
6. If you are registering a guest (not an attendee), click "Add a Guest" under Registration. This is to purchase guest ticket package only. Add the guest name and save.
7. Under the “Program Items” section, please click the "Add" button to select the sessions and meals you plan to attend. This helps us get an accurate headcount for meeting room setups and meal planning—so your selections really matter! Please make sure to only select one breakout session of the three listed.
8. Click “Proceed to Checkout” and pay with a credit card or select Pay Later. Need an invoice? Just ask!
9. When purchasing guest ticket package, if you would like to use a personal credit card, please process and pay for your registration first. Then you can go back in and add the guest badge and guest tickets and pay with a personal credit card. If any issues, please call (407) 367-1737 or email admin@flgisa.org.
FLGISA Member Eligible Team Pass - $425
This pass would give multiple member eligible attendees from the same agency the opportunity to attend ONE DAY during the conference. Example: You send one attendee on Monday, another on Tuesday, and so on. With this registration, the attendees must turn in their name badges at the registration desk in order for the next person to get their name badge. Please note if you are sending multiple people to the event and they plan to attend the entire event, you cannot use this pass.
How to Register:
1. Email admin@flgisa.org to register your employees for this registration option.
State, Tribal, or Other Territorial Government Agency Non-Member – $1,750
This full-conference registration is designed for attendees from the State, Tribal, or other Territorial government agencies.
How to Register:
1. Email admin@flgisa.org for login credentials.
2. Log in and click the “Register (NAME)” button.
3. Select State, Tribal, or Territorial Government Agency Registration ($1,750).
4. Answer a few quick questions, then Save Your Responses.
5. Under the “Program Items” section, please click the "Add" button to select the sessions and meals you plan to attend. This helps us get an accurate headcount for meeting room setups and meal planning—so your selections really matter! Please make sure to only select one breakout session of the three listed.
6. Proceed to checkout and pay with a credit card or select Pay Later. Need an invoice? Let us know!

- Your contact info will be shared with our vendor partners attending the conference—they may reach out to you with helpful resources and offers.
- Registering multiple employees? If you don’t see their name in your agency’s dropdown, email admin@flgisa.org for help.
- Business casual attire is recommended. Meeting rooms can be chilly—bring a sweater!
- Refunds are available for cancellations received by July 10, 2026 via email. Substitutions are welcome anytime.
- Eligible non-members who register and attend the full conference will receive complimentary membership through September 30, 2026! (Excludes former members and State/Tribal/Territorial attendees.)
