We cordially invite you to attend the Florida Local Government Information Systems Association (FLGISA) 2025 Annual Conference. The annual conference will be held at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek on July 21-24, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. You must first log in to activate the "Register" button. Full Annual Conference Registration $375 (All Days Pre-Con Included). Please note the new instructions if you are adding a guest registration (guest tickets to Receptions and Dinner only):
- You must first log-in to activate the Register" button. Enter your username, then password. If you don't have login credentials, please contact admin@flgisa.org.
- Click the "Register Myself" button. The conference registration will be added to your cart.
- Answer the required questions and SAVE your responses.
- If you are not registering a guest, please click "Proceed to Checkout."
- If you are registering a guest (not an attendee), click "Add a Guest" under Registration. This is to purchase guest tickets only.
- Enter the guests First Name and Last Name. We will print a badge for your guest upon check-in at the conference.
- Click "Save & Close."
- Under "Program" add which guest tickets you would like to purchase. (Monday/Tuesday reception, Wednesday dinner or all three)
- If you are done, click "Proceed to Checkout."
- When purchasing guest tickets, if you would like to use a personal credit card, please process and pay for your registration first. Then you can go back in and add the guest badge and guest tickets and pay with a personal credit card. If any issues, please call (407) 367-1737 or email admin@flgisa.org.
Annual Conference Notes:
- All registrations will be $375/member and $425/non-member.
- When registering multiple employees, if you don't see the employees name in the drop down for your agency, please contact admin@flgisa.org so they can be added and charged the correct registration rate.
- Attire for this event is business casual. Meeting rooms are often cool, and a sweater may be needed.
- Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX are accepted.
- Cancellations must be received via email by July 14, 2025, to receive a refund. Substitutions can be made at any time. Refunds are processed after the event.
By registering for the annual conference, you agree to abide by the FLGISA Code of Ethics and Standard of Conduct. Print out here. You also agree that by registering, your contact information will be placed on the attendee list for vendor partners attending the conference and that vendors may market to you.
Team Pass Registration:
This pass would give multiple people from the same agency the opportunity to each attend ONE DAY of the conference for $375. Example: You can send one person on Monday, another person on Tuesday, and so on and pay one registration fee. This means each day the person has to turn in their name badge to the registration desk for the next person to get their name badge. Please note if you are sending multiple people to the event and they plan to attend the entire event, you cannot use this pass.
