Gary Hopewell Bio:
Gary Hopewell is a Computer Scientist for the FBI investigating criminal, national security, and cybercrimes. Gary started his career as a Surface Warfare Officer and later an Information Professional Officer while active duty in the U.S. Navy and is a current Navy reservist working for the Naval Information Warfare Command. Gary has taught digital forensics and malware reverse engineering at Washington University in St. Louis and holds GIAC certifications in digital forensic examinations, cyber incident handling, malware reverse engineering and penetration testing. He received his B.S in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and his M.S in Information Systems from the University of Illinois.
