Online Registration

Online registration is available through this event website. We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. You can also select to send a check to the address noted online, by selecting the Pay Later option, or you can pay directly with a credit card. Registrations submitted and paid online via credit card will automatically be marked as paid and you will receive your confirmation by email. Online registration is available until January 26, 2024. If you are unable to meet this registration deadline, please register on-site at the event.

For this event, we will offer one registration option:
1. Full Symposium Registration $250 (which includes the pre-con)

Full Symposium Registration (All Days, Pre-Con Included):
1. You must first log-in to activate the "Register" button. Enter your username, then password. If you don't have login credentials, please contact admin@flgisa.org.
2. Click the "Register (NAME)" button.
3. Under "Registration Options," choose the Full Symposium Registration button ($250).
4. You will then be prompted to answer a few questions.
5. Once that is complete, "Save Your Responses."
6. Then click on "Proceed to Checkout" and enter credit card or click on Pay Later if sending check. If you need an invoice, please contact us. 
7. If paying by credit card, please select your name or myself under the Bill To ID.

Winter Symposium Notes:
• All full symposium registrations will be $250 for members and non-members. After January 19, registration is $300 for members and non-members.
• When registering multiple employees, if you don't see the employees name in the drop down for your agency, please contact admin@flgisa.org so they can be added and charged the correct registration rate.
• Attire for this event is business casual. Meeting rooms are often cool and a sweater may be needed.
• Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted. If paying by check, please make payable to FLGISA, PO Box 1757, Tallahassee, FL 32302.
• Registration cancellations must be received via email by January 19, 2024 to receive a refund. Substitutions can be made at any time. Refunds are processed after the event.

Non-members who register AND attend the full symposium will receive a complimentary membership for the remainder of the fund year (thru September 30, 2024). This promotion does not apply to former members.
