Important Registration Details
Please note the following important sponsorship deadlines:
1. Once you are confirmed as a sponsor, we need you to complete the Information Request Form ASAP.
2. All sponsorship payments are due by June 1, 2023. In the event the sponsor finds it impossible to attend the conference, cancellations will be accepted via email by May 25, 2023. A $100 administrative charge will be deducted. No refunds will be made after that date.
3. Advance shipments may begin to arrive at warehouse on June 9, 2023.
4. The hotel reservation cutoff is June 17, 2023.
5. Exhibitor Decorator Kit: Pre-Order Discount Deadline is June 23, 2023.
6. All name badges are due by June 30, 2023 due to hotel guarantees. You may substitute a name, but no new badges will be issued after the cutoff date. No exceptions will be made.
7. Last Day for Advance Shipments to arrive at warehouse without surcharges is July 6, 2023.
