Robin Phelps Bio:

Robin Phelps is an innovator, entrepreneur and economic development change agent with a passion for transforming lives, livelihoods and communities through entrepreneurship. Before transitioning to economic development and program leadership, she was responsible for early sales growth through IPO at Wind River Systems and a co-founder of venture capital backed digital content exchange company DigitalOwl.

In her current role at UCF, she leads programs and teams that support research, innovators and start-ups for economic growth and regional community impact. She is Director of MegaWatt Ventures annual cleantech competition and the founding Director of Blockchain Innovation Village initiative, a global hub and catalyst to advance the development and deployment of blockchain innovations and high-wage jobs throughout the key industry sectors in Florida.

Robin holds a B.S. Mathematics/Computer Science from Pepperdine University and an M.S. Management from University of Denver Daniels College of Business.
